Humane PA Scorecard 2019-2020 (updated 7/9/2019)

Find out how your state legislators voted on animal protection bills on Humane PA’s easy to read scorecard! You can find scorecards from previous years below.

This is a list of animal bills that have received votes in either the House and/or Senate this session and how your legislators have voted.  It is updated after every animal bill receives a vote. A final score will be made at the end of the legislative session. We have  included the Prime Sponsor (PS) and the Co-Sponsors (CS), so you can tell if your legislator made a firm commitment to protect animals and support the legislation. We think you’ll find it easy to tell who are PA’s leading humane legislators.

There are hundreds of  Pennsylvanians working tirelessly in the rescue communities and animal advocacy communities who should see how their legislators voted, so please forward this along to your friends and family. Encourage them to support Humane PA as we work to change the political landscape to better protect animals in Pennsylvania. It is important for every voter in PA to know how their legislator has voted on animal protection bills in order to make informed decisions during elections. The Humane PA Scorecard  will be used when considering endorsements for legislators who are running for re-election.
