Report animal cruelty to your local humane officer, who can be found here: Pennsylvania Animal Shelters, Humane Societies, and Animal Organizations (listed by county). If there is not a humane officer covering your area – contact local or state police. Please do NOT JUST TAG multiple people on Facebook without calling the proper authorities and please also don’t tag Humane PA – it is a political action committee – with NO enforcement authority.
