Hi Elissa: I have attended Roy’s HSUS-How to Advocate for Animal Welfare in the past. I need to know if this meeting in Philadelphia on Jan. 25 is also a forum for bringing issues that need legislative support? I would want to meet you and others, but unles this is an appropriate forum for serious discussion on putting forth new animals legislation then I may wait until the next Humane PA meeting to meet everyone. I am sure you want to say, it is fine to bring up a legislative issue but I was hoping you could convince me this is the place for such issues to be addressed. I realize HP is meeting in Harrisburg in April, but I wanted to know if there are prior member meetings before this date in Harrisburg that will provide the avenue to address concerns for legislation that has not been addressed.

Keep up your incredibly important and successful work for PA animals. Thank you, kindly, for your time and reply.
