I love the Newsletter! This will be great for keeping the residents of Western Pa, and who also love animals and are on facebook informed of the latest animal related news! What a great idea!

Thank you Jane Orie for signing on “Daniels” bill to ban gas chambers in shelters here in Pennsylvania. Thank you for all the animals who have no voice. Thank you for working for this necessary change to a terrible, cruel practice. Until a time that all shelters can be no-kill, the least we can do for the poor souls condemned to die is to give them a gentle end. Thank you.

Senator Orie…… One more reason to say thank you…. I learned you are against Sunday hunting. Thank you for all of us who love the woods in the fall and don’t want to have to worry about getting shot. Kudo’s Senator Orie….. A friend of animals in Harrisburg.

I just heard from Allegheny County Treasurer John Weinsteins office. He is interested in “joining” our group. 😀 Look for a post with more information about the AAARF. Welcome Mr. Weinstein and Christie Bremmiere, his very helpful assistant.
